A digital product: a 41-page PDF guide, delivered immediately after payment as a download and by email. There is no physical item, no shipping, and no recurring charge. You are billed once.
Thirty days, full refund, no questions asked. If the guide isn't right for you, email contact@valorcontracts.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
You don't need to explain why, you don't need to prove you tried it, and there's nothing to send back. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If something's gone wrong — a broken download, a file that won't open — please email us before requesting a refund. It's usually a two-minute fix and we'd rather you had the guide.

Dogs differ, households differ, and outcomes vary. We make no guarantee about the degree or speed of behaviour change you'll see. The guide is deliberately explicit that it will not make a dog silent in seven days, and we'd encourage you to read that section before starting.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own household. You may print it for your own use.
Please don't resell it, redistribute it, upload it to file-sharing sites, or reproduce substantial portions of it elsewhere. The contents are copyright Digital Valor.
Your download link is available immediately after purchase and remains active for at least 30 days. We recommend saving the file to your device as soon as you download it. If you lose access, email us and we'll send it again — we don't put a time limit on that.
